Training In the field or on the Web
We do in-the-field training where we travel with your salespeople, do on-the-spot coaching, and use that as a basis for an ongoing, Web-based coaching process that helps your salespeople achieve new levels of performance. After evaluating your salespeople we will start the coaching process while building a "Personal Development Plan". The PDP is the basis for ongoing coaching and development for your salesperson.
