We charge hourly for our coaching at $290 per hour, and bill at the end of each month. ~ ~ ~ We can also offer this Coaching for Leaders Program as a group program for groups of 6 team members. We often will supplement the group meetings with individual meetings when needed.
~ I had the pleasure of working with Liz Rose over the past few months. I had challenging experiences regarding communication and Liz helped me gain the confidence, articulation, and appropriate tools to help me bridge gaps of communication within our organization. Not only did we work through communication, Liz also helped me reframe how I want to show up in both my professional and personal life. The Talent Analytic Assessment was a key piece of the puzzle that helped link our organizations communication, uncover key talent, and assess the needs of our current workplace structure. A transformative experience! ~ Kim Friesen, Human Resources, Axiom Equipment Group
Our Best Hiring Practices Workshop is a two-hour workshop that helps build clear interviewing techniques. We base this on what we call a Balanced Hiring Scorecard Process—using the TA Assessment as a third of the evaluation, the interview as a third, and education/experience as a third.
This workshop includes suggested key interview questions on Ego Drive, Ego Grit, and Emotional Intelligence, as well as an overview of the Emotional Intelligence model, body language and micro-expressions. This workshop is done in a group setting of no more than 6 people. Total Cost: $600 |

We have been utilizing the Talent Analytics methodology in our business for 10 years approximately. It has greatly assisted our leadership in understanding each team member- how they behave and what drives them. One of Stephen Covey’s 7 habits is “seek first to understand, then to be understood” and these TA assessments have consistently supported this habit, assisting our team to understand each other more fully- thereby promoting teamwork and team building. I would highly recommend the Talent Analytics methodology as a significant strategy to reduce drama in your business, promote profitability and stability through staff retention, and improve culture. ~ Mike Lawrenson, CEO, EZ STAK We have used Garth Rose Consulting Group to provide coaching on many challenges that arise in our business. We’ve found the Performance Style and Ambitions assessments to be invaluable to make sure we’ve got the right people in the right seats. We appreciate the process to validate the assessments, getting buy-in from the employees, and then the coaching required to become better aligned in our team. Many thanks Garth! ~Bob Mooney, Managing Director, Main St. Group, Inc. |
