Garth Rose Consulting was formed in April, 2009 with the goal of becoming a trusted resource for small and medium business leaders. As of April 2020 we are in our eleventh year of business and have now worked with over 350 businesses that range from small startups to established companies with revenues in excess of $100 million. The type of companies we work with are really diverse and the locations are across the world from the U.S. to Canada, Australia New Zealand and to the U.K.

I’ve been the President & CEO of a venture-backed software startup, Vice President of Worldwide Sales for several companies, and have spent years “in the trenches” selling, managing sales & marketing, and streamlining lead generation, sales quotas, sales territories etc.
For the past eleven years I have spent significant time coaching and training leaders – CEO’s, Presidents, General Managers as well as many young, next-generation leaders. I believe my background makes me a strong executive coach as I adapt quickly, I can quickly spot the issues, and I can recommend practical solutions that work for my clients.
