Chris and Garth have spent decades in sales leadership roles. One of the things they are passionate about is sharing the wisdom they have accumulated with sales managers. That could be a GM who is also the sales manager. Or perhaps a sales rep who was recently promoted into sales management.
Coaching is usually weekly one on one for an hour. There is a combination of structural coaching and personal development. We even involve role playing to build skills and confidence.
